أنا أنا بالنسبة لي لو تسألني أنا أشوف الإشكالية الأساسية لما أتأمل منظومة التعليم أجد أنه يرتكز على فكرة الذكاء الذكاء فمن صغر الطالب إلى أن يكبر وهو يعبئ معلومات ويعلم مهارات التفكير بأنماط التفكير المختلفة على المستوى يعني المهارات العقلية كلها التحليل والتفسير والنقد والمقارنة إلى آخره في حين ركيزة التعليم في التصور الإسلامي ليست الذكاء الرشد الرشد الرشد ما الفرق بين الذكاء والرشد؟ الذكاء هو القدرات الواسعة العقلية لما تكون عندك قدرات عقلية واسعة في التحليل والنقد إلى آخره هذا ذكاء وإذا كان الذكاء هو القدرات الواسعة فإن الرشد هو حسن التصرف في هذه القدرات فالإسلام هو لا ينفي الذكاء لكن يريد الذكاء مع حسن التصرف في هذا الذكاء لأن هكذا أنت لما تقرأ كلمة الرشد في الخطاب القرآني تجد أنها مرتبطة بحسن التصرف فإن آنستم منهم رشدا لليتامى فادفعوا إليهم أموالهم يعني إذا شفت اليتيم بدأ يحسن التصرف في أمواله أعطه فلوسه فالنظام التعليمي في الإسلام يقوم على الرشد مركزية الرشد كيف أطور قدراتك العقلية كيف أطور قدراتك العلمية لكن في نفس الوقت كيف أطور وعيك بهذه القدرات وليس التركيز فقط أن يحشوك يحشوك معلومات منذ الابتدائية إلى الجامعة وأنا فقط تعبئة معلومات كأنك جهاز آلي ثم بعد ذلك لا أعرف ماذا تفعل

English translation

For me, if you ask me, I see the fundamental problem when I contemplate the education system is that it is based on the idea of intelligence. Intelligence. From the time a student is young until they grow up, they are filling up with information and learning thinking skills with different patterns of thinking, on the level of all mental skills: analysis, interpretation, criticism, comparison, etc. Whereas the pillar of education in the Islamic conception is not intelligence, but rather 'Rushd' (sound judgment/maturity). Rushd. Rushd. What is the difference between intelligence and Rushd? Intelligence is the broad mental capabilities. When you have broad mental capabilities in analysis, criticism, etc., this is intelligence. And if intelligence is the broad capabilities, then Rushd is the sound management of these capabilities. Islam does not deny intelligence, but it wants intelligence along with sound management of this intelligence. Because when you read the word 'Rushd' in the Quranic discourse, you find it is linked to sound management: 'If you perceive in them sound judgment (Rushd) regarding the orphans, then deliver to them their property.' Meaning, if you see the orphan has begun to manage their money well, give them their money. So, the educational system in Islam is based on Rushd, the centrality of Rushd. How do I develop your mental capabilities? How do I develop your scientific capabilities? But at the same time, how do I develop your awareness of these capabilities? And not just focusing on stuffing you with information from elementary school to university, and I am just filling you with information as if you were a machine, and then after that, I don't know what you will do.
