سافر الى خالك في حران كان عنده خال اسمه لابان قالت سافر الى خالك في حران وامكث عنده خايفه على ولدها من ولدها الثاني اخوان لكن لعل الشيطان يزرع بينهما حسدا واسحاق عليه السلام لازال موجودا وكان كبيرا بالسن فاستجاب يعقوب لطلب امه وودعهم ثم سافر وصل الى اين وصل الى خاله في حران فلما جاء اليه وجد عنده ابنتين الكبيره وكانت ضعيفه اسمها ليا والصغيره اسمها راحيل وكانت افضل منها صحه فقال لخاله اريد ان اتزوج ابنتك قال اذا اردت ان تتزوج فاعمل لدي سبع سنين اشتغل معاي في الغنم والرعي والزراعه ساعدني سبع سنين هذا مهر بنتي فاشتغل يعقوب عليه السلام سبع سنوات وكان يعقوب في رحلته الى خاله نام نومه وراى رؤيا جميله فعاهدوا لان رجع الى هذا المكان ان يبني فيه بيتا لله وجلس عند خاله سبع سنين يعمل حتى يتزوج بنته هوو اراد ال صغيره راحيل فلما جاء وقت الزواج زف اليه من ليا قال يا خالي انا طلبت منك الثانيه راحيل الصغرى قال لا نزوج الصغرى قبل الكبرى ان اردت فتزوجها وتزوجها قال اريد الثانيه وكان في شرعهم يجوز الجمع بين الاختين ثم نسخ في التوراه لكن في هذا الوقت كان يجوز فقال له اريد اختها قال اعمل مره اخرى سبع سنين فعمل سبع سنين اخرى وتزوج راحيل الصغرى ووهب الاب يعني خال يعقوب وهب جاريه لكل بنت من بناته ورزق الله يعقوب عليه السلام عشره من الذكور عشره من ليا والجار تين رزقه الله عشره من الذكور الاصحاء اما راحيل فما رز زقت الا متاخرا فرزقها الله عز وجل ولدا بهم
