كتب السماء الى البشر ما الشمس من نور النبوه ما القمر فقفوا على اث استمر ابراهيم الخليل في دعوه قومه الى دين الله عز وجل فلم يؤمن معه الا اثنان زوجته ساره وابن اخيه لوط الذي سيكون نبيا بعد هذا وزوجته كانت امراه صالحه من احسن الناس خلقا استمر ابراهيم يدعو قومهم وهم يصدون عنه حتى جاء ذلك اليوم وكان يوم عيد لهم ذهبوا الى ابراهيم بعد ان قربوا القرابين للاصنام ووضعوا لهم الطعام والشراب وقربوا لها القرابين وخرجوا في يوم عيد لهم لا يبقى منهم احد فجاؤوا لابراهيم وقالوا له ما رايك ان تشاركنا يا ابراهيم في يوم عيدنا تعال معنا نلهو ونلعب فنظر نظره في النجوم فقال لهم اني سقيم انا مريض ولم يكن مرضه عضويا كان مرضه داخل نفسه بسبب سوء فعلهم وبشاعه جرمهم كان نفسه مرضت فقال لهم اني سقيم يعني مريض فقالوا انظر الى ما صنعت الالهه بك يا ابراهيم قلنا لك لا تتكلم على الالهه لكن انظر الان طحت مريض زين يصير فيك الان وتركوه وهم يذهبون وهو يقول بينه وبين نفسه وت الله وت الله لاكيدن اصنامكم وت الله لاكيدن اصنامكم بعد ان تولوا مدبرين راحوا كلهم غادروا المدينه ما بقي احد منهم وكانت اصنامهم موجوده في ساحه

English translation

What did he do? "Come with us to enjoy and play." So he looked at the stars and said, 'I am sick,' and his illness was not physical but rather psychological, due to their wrongdoing and the enormity of their crime He was psychologically ill He told them that he is sick They said, 'Look at what the gods have done to you, O Ibrahim.' "We told not to attack the gods, but as you can see you have fallen sick." After this, they left He was saying to himself ˹Then he said to himself,˺ “By Allah! I will surely plot against your idols after you have turned your backs and gone away.” All of them left the city without exception Their idols were in a huge yard
