لأن كثير منا يعتقد أن الدور منوط بالعلماء، الدور منوط بالمشايخ، نحن وظيفتنا فقط أن نستمع، لا. الصحابة ما كانوا هكذا مقسمين، ناس تشتغل وناس ما تشتغل، أبداً. الكل يشتغل، الكل يستهدى بالقرآن، لا تعتقد أن لك عذراً في عدم الاستهداء بالقرآن، ألم تكن آياتي تتلى عليكم؟ كلكم كانت تتلى عليكم هذه الآيات العزيزة، كل واحد له نصيب من القرآن، يزيد أو ينقص بحسب قدرته، الله عز وجل كلفنا بالتدبر، لكنه قال فاتقوا الله ما استطعتم، لا يكلف الله نفساً إلا وسعها، فتدبر بحسب وسعك، أنا لم أطالبك بأكثر من وسعك، إذا كنت لا تستطيع اذهب واسأل العلماء، لكنك يجب أن تأخذ حظك من القرآن، يجب أن تأخذ نصيبك من القرآن.

English translation

Because many of us believe that the role is assigned to the scholars, the role is assigned to the sheikhs, and our job is only to listen. No. The companions were not divided like this, some people working and others not working, never. Everyone works, everyone is guided by the Quran. Do not think that you have an excuse for not being guided by the Quran. Were my verses not recited to you? All of you were recited these precious verses. Everyone has a share of the Quran, increasing or decreasing according to their ability. Allah Almighty has tasked us with contemplation, but He said, 'So fear Allah as much as you are able.' Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear, so contemplate according to your capacity. I did not ask more of you than your capacity. If you cannot, go and ask the scholars, but you must take your share of the Quran, you must take your portion of the Quran.
