إذا ذهب الانبهار وذهب الاضطراب ماذا يعني ذلك؟ يعني أننا نعيش الآن في أكثر لحظة يقل فيها منسوب الانبهار والاضطراب، يقل فيها منسوب الإكراه، فكرة العولمة هي تعيش الآن في أقل منسوب لها، وهذا ماذا يعني؟ يعني أننا الآن في أكثر لحظة في التاريخ المعاصر تسمح بإقامة مشروع أقومية القرآن. أن يكون القرآن هو مشروع هذه الأمة، أن يكون القرآن أمامها وإمامها. هذه الآن لن لن لن تنعت بالرجعي والمتخلف مثلما كنت تنعت قبل سنوات. خفت هذه الموجة، سابقاً من يريد أن يرفض الديمقراطية يشعر بثقل كبير جداً، العقل الإنساني كله مسلم، لكن اليوم تستطيع أن تجادل فيها. هذا هذا الضغط الذي خف بدأ يسمح للعقول بأن تفكر، لذلك أنا أقول هذه اللحظة هي لحظة القرآن، هي لحظة تحقيق إن هذا القرآن يهدي للتي هي أقوم، هذه اللحظة التي الآن أصبح المجال متسعاً ليخرج الناس من الظلمات إلى النور بهذا الكتاب.

English translation

So, the fascination and the turmoil have gone. What does that mean? It means that we are now living in the moment where the level of fascination and turmoil is at its lowest, where the level of coercion is at its lowest. The idea of globalization is now at its lowest level, and what does this mean? It means that we are now in the moment in contemporary history that allows for the establishment of the Quranic project. For the Quran to be the project of this nation, for the Quran to be in front of it and its leader. This now will not be described as reactionary and backward as it was described years ago. This wave has subsided. Previously, whoever wanted to reject democracy felt a very great burden; the entire human mind was submissive, but today you can argue about it. This pressure that has eased has begun to allow minds to think. Therefore, I say this moment is the moment of the Quran, it is the moment of realizing that this Quran guides to what is most upright. This is the moment where the field has now become wide enough to bring people out of darkness into the light with this book.
