طاعة ولي الأمر بالمعروف
طاعة الأمراء من أهم المهمات، لأن طاعة الأمراء في المعروف من أسباب أسباب الأمن، وترك الظلم، وإنصاف المظلوم، وسير الأمور على المطلوب، وعند التنازع والخلاف يختل الأمن، وتؤكل الحقوق، ويظلم الناس، وينتشر الفساد، فالسمع والطاعة في المعروف من أسباب السلامة، ومن أسباب أمن البلاد، ومن أسباب إعطاء الحقوق لأهلها، ولهذا أمر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بالسمع والطاعة، يقول: إلا في المعروف، وقال: لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الخالق، والله يقول جل وعلا: يا أيها الذين آمنوا أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول وأولي الأمر منكم، طاعتهم متعينة، ولازمة لما فيها من الخير العظيم، لكن في المعروف لا في المعاصي.
Obeying the rulers is one of the most important tasks, because obeying the rulers in what is good is one of the reasons for security, abandoning injustice, doing justice to the oppressed, and the smooth running of affairs as required. When there is conflict and disagreement, security is disrupted, rights are consumed, people are oppressed, and corruption spreads. Therefore, listening and obeying in what is good is one of the reasons for safety, one of the reasons for the security of the country, and one of the reasons for giving rights to their people. For this reason, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, commanded listening and obeying, saying: 'Except in what is good,' and he said: 'There is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator.' And Allah says, Exalted and Almighty: 'O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you.' Obeying them is determined and necessary because of the great good it contains, but in what is good, not in sins.
