So now this lady belongs to a big family. You call it wasta at this time, right? You know, something big, you know. He listens to him, he is very close to him. Perhaps he will do kind of a wasta, kind of a intercession to release that person or not to chop the hand. So this person came and he is talking nicely and then he opened up the topic and he says, is it possible that we can just put her into the jail or pay some penalty or this and that, but not chopping the hand? Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam got angry. And he never ever got angry in his life for his personal reasons. He only gets angry when something comes to the Deen, when someone trying to mess with the Deen. So, he become really angry. His face become red. He says, you want me to stop hudud Allah, you want me to stop the the do's and don'ts and the rules of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. I'm telling you all this because of this part that I'm telling you right now. He said, here is the adl and qist comes. He says, wallahi, law Fatima bint Muhammad saraqat laqata'tu yaddaha. Wallahi, by Allah, if my daughter Fatima bint Muhammad, if she has stolen, I will cut her hand. This is adl. This is qist. I will not care. When it comes to the Deen, I have to follow the Deen. When it comes to the rule of Allah Almighty, I follow the rule of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. If my daughter Justice should serve everyone equal. Everyone's equal. Even if it's my daughter and she, you know, was the one who has stolen, I would still do the same. There is no differentiate. I'm not differentiating between my daughter and that lady. Same. So same thing. Imagine if this is the level of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam showing the justice and the adl and the qist amongst the people, then how about me and you?
