حتى إذا جاءنا قال يا ليت حتى إذا جاءنا قال يا ليت قال يا ليت بيني وبينك بعد المشرقين فبئس القرين فبئس القرين ولن ينفعكم اليوم إذ ظلمتم أنكم أنكم في العذاب مشتركون أفأنت تسمع الصم أو تهدي العمي ومن كان ومن كان في ضلال مبين فإما نذهبن بك فإنا منهم منتقمون أو نرينك الذي وعدناهم فإنا فإنا عليهم مقتدرون فاستمسك بالذي أوحي إليك إنك على صراط مستقيم

English translation

Until, when he comes to Us, he will say, 'Oh, I wish there was between me and you the distance between the two easts.' How wretched a companion! How wretched a companion! And it will not benefit you that day, when you have wronged, that you are sharing in the punishment. Then can you make the deaf hear or guide the blind and those who are in clear error? And whether We take you away, We will indeed take retribution from them, or We show you that which We have promised them, then indeed, We are over them competent. So hold fast to that which is revealed to you. Indeed, you are on a straight path.
