English translation

So Adam, peace be upon him, woke up. When he woke up, he found her with him. He said, 'Who are you?' She said, 'A woman.' He said, 'And why did God create you? Why did God create you?' She said, 'To find comfort in me.' God, because a human, no matter how high they reach in status, a man finds comfort only with a woman, and a woman finds comfort only with a man, 'that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy.' It was as if Adam, peace be upon him, was comforted and found a kind of joy, the joy that God created another creature to find companionship with and to live with. The angels here wanted to test Adam. Adam, who knows all the names, and Eve herself, until now, did not know her name. She only said, 'I am a woman.' So the angels came to ask Adam. They said to him, 'What is the name of this woman?' He answered them directly, 'She is Eve.' Adam was taught all the names. He said, 'She is Eve.' The angels were surprised and said, 'And why Eve? Why this name?' He said, 'Because she was created from a living thing.' God, Adam had knowledge that God taught him, knowledge that even the angels did not know much of. Then Adam, peace be upon him, lived with Eve in that Paradise. No children, no offspring, but they enjoyed themselves. God Almighty said to them, 'And We said, O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat therefrom in [ease and] abundance from wherever you will.' And eat everything, these trees, these rivers, these fruits, and this bliss, 'and eat therefrom in [ease and] abundance from wherever you will,' except for one thing. All of Paradise is permissible, except for one thing. What is it, O Lord? 'And do not approach this tree.' Just one tree. God knows how many trees are in Paradise, how many fruits are in Paradise, how many blessings are in Paradise, all are permissible, except.
