English translation

It is incumbent upon one who advises himself to know that this device in his hand, Allah, Blessed and Exalted, will ask him about it on the Day of Resurrection, regarding every word he wrote, every sound he transmitted, every scene he saw, every rumor he accepted or spread, or otherwise. For that is included in the deeds of a person for which he will be held accountable on the day he meets Allah and stands before Him, Glorified be He.
