He says, "Innal muqsiteena indallahi ala manabir min noor." Those who used to deal with qist on in their life, justice and fairness and having qist in their life, what about them? Indallah, they are with Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala on the top of the manabir of noor. They are at the top of the minarets of noor. Means they are in a high place in Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, noor. Minarets, something high, and these minarets full of noor, they are on top of that. Means people will look at them, see this is the person who used to be among the muqsiteen. Allah will give you a high status of recognition. If you are just justice, you maintain justice in every circle of life in within this life. Subhanallah. Just a last point to add.
