Jazakallah khair. Definitely, we cannot do anything in our Deen except we have the ittiba, following the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. So, we have, you know, one ayah that talks about the to follow, ittabi'u ma unzila ilaikum. Allah Almighty says, follow what has been revealed unto you, and also to follow the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. Ittiba comes from ita'ah as well. Ittiba means following, ita'ah, obedience. So definitely, if I obey someone, I have to follow him. If I obey Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, I cannot just obey him without following him. So, ittiba follows the ita'ah. And Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala says in the Quran, ati'ullah wa ati'ur-rasul, you know? So that ittiba of the Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala comes by following his instructions and teachings, and ittiba of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam comes with the ita'ah and obedience of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. So yes, also ittiba is one of the things that you know we have to do, and our Deen is not complete unless we do the ittiba, we follow the footsteps of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, and this is what we call it Sunnah. And don't people unfortunately take Sunnah very lightly. Don't take it lightly. It's just a Sunnah. We can do it later. It's just a Sunnah. We will not be hold accountable for it. No, no, no. The Sunnah will make you among those who have the ittiba that will makes you closer to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. If you're getting closer to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, you will be doing what it's required for you to do like, for example, we give the example of the Qaniteen, and everything is connected to different characters that we spoke about. May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala make us among the Qaniteen and make us among the At-Tabi'in. Amin ya Rabbal Alamin.
